These issues are something we hear ALL the time at Volunteer Audio, so we have partnered with Precision Power and Hertz to give you a sound experience you will be blown away with! This package will allow you to keep your SoundStream radio when upgrading your sound system!
The Volunteer Audio Stage 2 Precision Power amplifier and speaker system includes the Precision Power MAA4.400 amplifier and 1 set of Hertz SV165NEO 6.5″ to mount into your front fairing factory speaker locations. This combination is a perfect match for the environment of your Harley Davidson. The MAA4.400 amplifier is a compact amplifier that is weather resistant so you do not have to worry about moisture, these Hertz speakers also have weather-resistant cones that will stand up to any moisture that comes their way.
When we send out this Stage 2 package, the amplifier is pre-wired to plug into your SoundStream radio and keep your factory speaker wiring intact so it can be used with the Hertz speakers we send. We have the amp gains already set to the maximum setting for loudness WITHOUT distortion of the speakers. We do not want any trouble with blown speakers you’ve had enough of that already, so our goal is to get the most sound out of the speakers clearly. Once you plug into the radio the power and ground wires that are attached to the amp will have to be ran to the battery and connected, you will also install the fuse in the fuse block that is included in the wiring.

This Volunteer Audio Stage 2 package includes the SoundStream V2 radio with thumb control module, your choice of prewired amplifier and 1 set of Hertz SX165NEO 6.5″ speakers to mount into your front fairing. This combination is a perfect match for the environment of your Harley Davidson. The amplifiers are compact amplifiers that are IP64 rated so you do not have to worry about moisture. The Hertz speakers also have weather-resistant cones that will stand up to any moisture that comes their way. The SoundStream Reserve V2 radio is IPx6 marine certified just like the factory Harley radio, so you no longer have to worry about getting caught in the rain. It is a complete plug and play unit with absolutely no hardwiring required. You will reuse your factory bolts so make sure to keep them.
