You can purchase this item and keep it or you can rent the programmer. First you will pay $349, then if returned within 14 days we will refund $140. After 14 days we start deducting $10 off for each day. AFTER 30 DAYS THE UNIT IS NOT RETURNABLE. If you have paid with AFFIRM your refund will be $120, there is a nonrefundable fee paid to Affirm once the purchase is made which is the reason for the lower refund amount.
This is a 1 time use license. If you plan on using more you will have to go to Technoresearch.com to buy licensing. The 2021 model bikes have a new connector, the 2014-2020 connector will not work for 2021.
