Shipping policy

Domestic Orders
Volunteer Audio’s FREE SHIPPING option ships orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with the shipping service being selected based on the weight of the item. Customers can also select a specific shipping carrier or expedited shipping method of their choice during checkout at their cost.  Expedited shipping options do not change processing or build times, only the delivery times once shipped.

All shipping times shown are general estimates provided by the carriers, do not include processing or build times, and are not guaranteed delivery times as carriers only provide estimates that may vary based on time of year and their volume. Volunteer Audio does not have control over any carriers delivery estimated or actual delivery times.

We make every effort to process and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday) following the completion of the transaction. Please note that all plug & play amplifiers are made to order and may take up to 3-5 days to build, tune and ship.

A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders valued at $300 or more.

International Orders
At checkout, buyers will be presented with a range of shipping options and are responsible for any applicable customs fees, in addition to the shipping charges.
