Producing up to 350 watts RMS x 6 at 2-ohm, the RZP2000.6 provides enough power and flexibility to build an enormous motorcycle audio system without filling the bike with multiple amplifiers.

For our largest systems, this amplifier allows us to power up to eight 4-ohm mids and highs from the first four channels while still having two dedicated channels available for subwoofers.

The first four amplifier channels can be configured with two 4-ohm speakers in parallel per channel, allowing those four channels to power up to eight 4-ohm mids and highs.

And even after powering all eight mids and highs, you still have channels 5 and 6 available specifically for your subwoofers.

TRULY BUILT FOR MOTORCYCLES — FANLESS, SEALED & ALL-WEATHER

The RZP2000.6 was designed for the environment it’s actually going to live in.

Despite the incredible amount of power packed into this amplifier, it uses a fanless thermal design.

There is no cooling fan and no fan opening in the amplifier chassis, allowing the enclosure to remain sealed from the outside environment.

That’s a major advantage on a motorcycle.

Many high-powered amplifiers used in Harley-Davidson applications rely on cooling fans and ventilation openings. Those designs can work well in protected environments, but motorcycles can expose an amplifier to rain, moisture, road spray, dust and dirt.

The Velocity RZP2000.6 is different.

The rugged aluminum chassis acts as the amplifier’s heat sink, allowing it to dissipate heat without requiring an exposed cooling fan or ventilation opening.

With an amplifier capable of this level of output, proper power delivery is critical.

That’s why every RZP2000.6 includes a properly engineered, upsized Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) power and ground harness designed to supply the current necessary for the amplifier to reach its full potential.

The included harness features:

• Upsized Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) power and ground cable
• Proper wire gauge for the amplifier’s current requirements
• Correct cable length for motorcycle installation
• Properly sized fuse protection
• Direct battery positive and negative connections
• Sealed connection to the amplifier
• You don’t have to guess about wire gauge, cable length or fuse size.

Proper power and ground wiring is necessary for this amplifier to produce its full potential, so we include it with the amplifier.

IMPORTANT — LITHIUM TITANATE BATTERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

The RZP2000.6 is capable of demanding substantially more current than a factory Harley-Davidson battery was designed to provide.

For that reason:

Volunteer Audio strongly recommends upgrading to a Lithium Titanate (LTO) battery when installing the RZP2000.6 in a Harley-Davidson application.

An inadequate battery can cause significant voltage drop and starve the amplifier for power.

That means you’re not getting the performance you paid for, and prolonged operation with an inadequate electrical supply can contribute to premature amplifier failure.

A high-output audio system requires more than high-output amplifiers and speakers.

The electrical system has to support it.

AMPLIFIER ONLY MEANS YOU DO THE TUNING

When purchasing the Amplifier Only version, the amplifier’s gains and crossover/filter settings are not pre-tuned by Volunteer Audio.

The installer is responsible for properly configuring:

• Front-channel gains and filters
• Rear-channel gains and filters
• Subwoofer-channel gains and filters
• High-pass crossover settings
• Low-pass crossover settings
• Full-range configuration
• Input configuration
• Channel configuration

With as much power as the RZP2000.6 is capable of producing, proper gain and crossover configuration is extremely important.

Incorrect settings can result in poor sound quality, reduced performance or speaker damage.
